In 1928, Reverend Ira Weaver set out from Indiana farmland with a commitment to quality that still guides us today. He carefully grew, shucked, and bagged his own popcorn, then personally delivered it to customers by horse-drawn wagon. What started as one man's dedication to doing things the right way has grown into one of the most trusted names in popcorn manufacturing.

Today, Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing is a recognized leader in the popcorn industry, serving private label partners, national brand customers, and customers across the United States and around the world, while also proudly producing our own trusted Pop Weaver branded products.
We produce microwave popcorn, portion packs, ready-to-eat popcorn, and retail popping corn with the same attention to quality that defined Ira Weaver's first deliveries. In addition to operating the world's largest microwave popcorn manufacturing facility, we utilize advanced manufacturing capabilities, food safety systems, and deep popcorn expertise to support customers with consistency, flexibility, and confidence.
Our dedication to product quality and food safety is backed by Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification, along with certifications and standards that may include Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, Gluten Free, Whole Grain, Vegan for select products, Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil (RSPO), and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) on our packaging materials.
